An all-around sportsman, this Madison East graduate has earned his spot among this association's finest bowlers. In more than 30 years of league bowling in the MBA he managed single high games of 298, 299, and 300. He was a member of the 1962 Madison Bowling Association Tournament Champions. He also shared three MBA Scratch Doubles Championships in 1961, 1965, and 1976 and made up one half of the handicap doubles champions in 1978. He followed military service in the U.S. Army Reserve Program to Madison Business College and eventual employment with Oscar Mayer and Company in the Quality Assurance Department. He participated in city softball and served as a volunteer coach of baseball and softball for the Madison East YMCA.
