Madison USBC BA Annual Meeting

The 2008 Madison USBC Bowling Association Annual Meeting will be held Thursday, June 19, 6:00 p.m. at Dream Lanes.

This year there will be six positions up for election, including both officer positions (President and Vice President), and four directorships. Each position is a three year term.

The officers and directors of the MBA are your representatives. Their duties include conducting the annual championship tournament, providing education, training, recognition and other services, and implementing USBC programs. This is done primarily through service on various committees such as the Tournament Committee, Finance Committee, or Certification Committee. All directors are volunteers - giving freely of their time to serve their fellow bowlers and work towards the betterment of the association.

Current BA President Jerry Wilson is not seeking re-election. Current Vice-President Z. Charles Reithmeyer looks to take over the top spot. Directors George Dorn and Greg Pursell have challenged for the open Vice-President role.
